The Emerald Hills Villa, Thodupuzha

This project represents our core expertise as integrated builders and home decor specialists. The client approached us with a vision for a contemporary two-story family home situated on a hillside plot in Thodupuzha. Their brief required a structure that maximized natural light and surrounding views, paired with interiors that felt luxurious yet comfortable for daily family life. As a turnkey project, Edens managed every aspect, from site preparation and structural engineering to the final placement of decor accents.

Under the direction of Managing Director Reneesh Skaria, the construction phase focused on robust engineering using premium grade materials to ensure longevity in the Idukki climate. We utilized large format windows and open-plan architectural design to create a sense of spaciousness. Once the grey structure was complete, our interior design team took over seamlessly, ensuring the vision was carried through without any communication gaps between contractors.

The interiors feature a sophisticated palette of warm greys and natural wood tones. We designed and installed a bespoke modular kitchen with a central island, custom fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms, and a statement false ceiling in the living area with integrated cove lighting. The project was handed over complete with curated soft furnishings, rugs, and decorative lighting, realizing the client's dream home without the stress of managing multiple vendors.
